A Founder Member of the Marina Alta Business Club, Gaile lives in Javea.

In addition to helping run the Club and managing the website, she is also a director of a small UK publishing company, based in Cambridgeshire. Her specialised area of interest is in SME Development and it was this theme that she explored for her MBA thesis.

As well as being a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Gaile is also a member of the European Council of Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ECSB) and is an affiliated member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
